PayOffline is delighted to announce payment at the Post Office, so now your customers can make PayOffline payments with cash or debit card at any Post Office counter as well as payzone outlets. Post Office operate very strict service levels with all of their branches and sub-Post Offices, so you can be sure that the cashier is fully trained and confident that there will be no problems accepting your customers PayOffline payments, especially for higher value purchases. Also, with the Post Office being such a well known and trusted brand, we believe your customers will have even more confidence in PayOffline as a payment option.

PayOffline Payout cash refund at the Post Office
We are delighted to announce the soon to be available PayOffline Payout, enabling merchants to provide cash refunds to any customer. Customers will receive an e-voucher, either in the form of an SMS text or an email, which can then be presented at any Post Office branch for encashment. PayOffline Payout is expected to be generally available to all merchants who wish to use this facility by early December. Further information about PayOffline Payout and how it works will be provided nearer the time.
