Managing Your PayOffline Profile
Accessing the PayOffline Administration Centre
- You can click on the 'Account Login' link at the top left of this web site. To log in now, go straight to the Administration Centre.
- Log in using your PayOffline user name and password.
Please note, if you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the log in form to have a new one sent to your email address.
Updating your User Profile
Click on 'Contact Details' under the 'Your Account' menu option and make the relevant changes. Click on the 'Save' button to apply your changes.

To change your PayOffline account password, use the 'Change Password' link.
Updating your Company Information
Click on 'Company Details' under the 'Your Account' menu option and make the relevant changes, click 'Save' to apply your changes. You can use the buttons link at the top of the page to navigate to the relevant section of the company information form (see Figure 2).
Changes to specific company registration information are disallowed (they will be greyed out), you can request for changes to this information by contacting us directly. In some cases you will need to provide proof by posting or faxing supporting documentation.
